Not sure on the year, but it's a Volvo S40 Turbo. Owned by my buddies fiance. I was specifically told not to touch the rims as they are getting replaced, so, I just washed them, no clay or anything.

The car was/is in BAD shape, heavily swirled, scratched, heavy contaminants all over, possible partial repaint, and sanding marks in random spots. He told me not to do any correction, just do a wash/wax, I tried to talk him into getting the swirls out, he wasn't havin' it, LOL, so there was no polishing step.

The CG "ONE", blew me away, as a one step spray product, I couldn't believe the amount of swirls that just simply "wipe away" when using this stuff. Plus you can tell it leaves something very slick, and thick on the car. So I put this on twice.

As this is my first time really keeping on top of pictures during, I didn't take too many good ones, and yes, I realize I blocked one picture of the plate, and not the rest, after I did that one, my budy started laughing at me for it, so, I didn't do the rest. She is from Mass, and he lives here, she recently moved to Cali, so thats why she has a Mass plate.

Process.....

Megs Gold Class/Dawn wash

Clay with Megs clay (went through two bars, yuk!)

Megs Insane shine on tires/wheel wells

Eagle One NevRDull on exhaust pipe

Wipedown with Chemical Guys "ONE" paint/glass/trim/lights (WOW!!)X2

And thats all!!!!! Check out the pics.......they speak volumes.

I wish I had taken befores of the exhaust.......GROSS!!!

Sorry about the lack of proper closeups before of the swirls, since I wasn't doing correction, I didn't bother. But I didn't expect so many to vanish after the CG "ONE".

EDIT: Found an OK pic of the tailpipe before...

CG "ONE" huh??? Wow, may be a good product for customers that just want a wash/wax??

Car looks really good! i love the before/after with just wash/clay, its like night and day.

Nicejob on that car! It needed some TLC

It has a place on my shelf for life!!

EDIT: I don't exactly know if it is available just yet, I got mine as a sample. It is a 16oz bottle, and it has done 4 cars, 3 bikes, and I still have about a third of a bottle.

lambostealth,. sir what is going on with you!

You contacted me with an offer of getting my PC7424 for whatever, I told you the only thing I really needed was a good Alpine radio. I felt very sorry for you because of your accident! So, I withdrew my add till 2 May 2007. But, now you are talking about your details!

I trusted and believed in you but it has evidently been a total mistake, you have all the markings/mannerisms of a junkie!

So, I am pulling my offer to you and putting it back on the trading post immediately.

WOW, that was harsh.

But if thats how you feel, I understand, but if you will refer to a PM I sent you about it. I told you that I was going to detail my friends car, and his fiances car, in exchange for the Alpine unit, or cash, and buy your PC, or trade for it. Check the PM I sent to you on

04-27-07 at 12:23.

But it's fine, I have another offer for the PC. And I was actually going to PM you about the other offer, and tell you to go ahead and sell yours. But I guess you forgot about the PM I sent you about this.

Remember, I was going to detail my stereo guys two cars (this one is his fiances) and he was either going to give me the Alpine you wanted, or cash. I guess your short term memory is lacking a little. If need be, I can resend you the timestamped PM where I said that.

I can't believe you would publicly bash me right here in my click and brag thread, instead of simply reading a PM I sent you about this very thing. Calling me a Junky!? That was pretty harsh man.

Well the car looks very nice, huge difference for sure. Good job :)

Now this CG product, so it just "wipes away" scratches eh? How on earth does it do that?

It is hiding them and not removing them, so the "something heavy" you speak of is most likely silicones. Nothing wrong with that other than the look is temporary.......so then it's a glaze type product.

Oh, I totally know that it is hiding them, I was just using the "wipeing away" as a way to explain how easy it is to use. It literally turned this car into a whole 'nother car, LOL.

I think this product would totally be the one i use to do quick wash/wax jobs, or use as a booster for washes.

I like it for sure.

wow..thats a nice turnaround..lambo..where in mass are you located...im in downtown boston..my rides outside 24/7!..ahh..its alright though...thats why we all love cars..to keep them lookin better than new

I am completely sorry for the above post ! I should have contacted you by PM to see what was going on, I didn't receive the PM you referred to so I guess that was the trigger!

However, bashing you on a public forum was not the way I should have conducted myself, I apologise .

Yeah, for not paint correction that looks pretty good. Is the CG One their new waterless wash product or am I getting that confused with another CG product?
