I got a new set of wheels but...

the vehicle is used so the paint doesn't look that great. The vehicle is yellow which is nice because it doesn't show that many swirls but they are DEFINITELY there. I want to use my PC and try the Menzerna IP followed by FP both with an orange pad and then follow up with some Souveran I have lying around.

I have never used anything stronger than Meguiars #9 before so I want to be sure I'm not going overboard. From what I've read the Menzerna twins aren'ty too aggressive. Any thoughts?

Thanks,

Joe

PS. I have some Meguiars handpolish I got from a body shop supply store. Would it be worthwhile to do that after the Menzerna FP or is that redundant?

IP and FP will be great in your situation. However try FP with either a white polishing or grey finishing pad cranked up to speed 6. Then top it with Souveran.

Don't mess with the #81 hand polish IMO after the FP.
