Hypoallergenic Car

Finally got around to reading yesterday's (6 May) Wall Street journal. Just about everything shows up in the WSJ sooner or later. On Page D-1 there is an article on The Hypoallergenic Car which finally gets to the hypoallergenic point at nearly the end of the article. I am retired and detail only as a hobby, but if I were in the business, I'd consider utilizing the hypoallergenic approach and have a plan for attracting those customers. Think of all the people (and kids) who have allergies to dust, pollen, dander, etc. Utilizing the installation and subsequent maintainance of one of the items like Sharper Image's Ionic Breeze GP Car Air Purifiers as a part of a regular contractual hypoallergenic car detailing package, particularly among the "carriage trade" might increase business, reputation, and income. I did an Autopian search of the past year and did not find any items mentioning "hypoallergenic".

Funny you mentioned the Sharper Image Ionic Breeze. My gf has two or three to elimiate smells from dog dander. They work alright but she found something better, a small air purifier by Csonka, It truly is amazing and requires NO maintenance! I have one now too to get rid of cigar smoke :o and its truly amazing. You will only smell ozone for a while and definitely by the next day one would never know two or three people were smoking cigars the evening before in a mid sized room :up

Csonka needs to incorporate a device actually built inside the car. Presently, like the SI, I think they have a cigarette lighter adapter unit.
