Given the same pad - on the same vehicle - which will do more correction? HD Speed or HD Polish?

According to the Autopia chart published a few months ago.
HD Speed has a cut of 2
HD Polish+ has a cut of 4
So I would think that Polish+ has better cut all things being equal.

HD Polish+ is my overall favorite polish and I actually use around a gallon of it a year. I have not found a better polish for single stage paint. Lots of polishes dry up on single stage paint or cake up the pad but not HD polish+
I agree with the autopia scale that the cut is about a level 4. I`d say m205 is probably closer to a 4.5
What I don`t understand is how HD Speed is at a cut of only 2 on the autopia chart when guys like David Femani (that used to work for 3D) have said that the abrasives HD Speed uses is a mixture of the abrasives found in HD Polish+ and the AAT abrasives found in HD Adapt. Wouldn`t that mean it`s cut is at least that of HD Polish+?
