How to use glaze?

I have a new bottle of Meg's #7 professional show car glaze and i was wondering what is the proper way to use a glaze? i have heard it is essentially a filler to be used in conjunction with other waxes polishes. What products would i use before and after, and what kinds of situations would this product be something i would want to use? Also is it worth it results wise?
 
I just followed those directions today. Much better results than using the directions on the bottle. I used it once after I had bought and finally tried it again today - good stuff, especially topped with S100.
