This is completely theoretical but I found one method....
1) become an autopian
2) autopianize ones paint
3) cosmic v2 it (shot is off my cosmic fender btw)
4) top repeatedly with polish angel products all summer (every single spray/soap short of viking and the non matching carnauba arts colored waxes)
5) sit car outside for days and let it get rained on and dried in the sun multiple times over the summer
6) wash with glissante, dry with presto, top with zirkon later that day
7) randomly take an impromptu reflection selfie
8) check your random picture and find a Shine Rainbow
9) bask in your latent glory
