How to remove spots of fibreglass resin from front bumper?

A couple of years ago I had a bodykit installed which I have since removed, but when I got my stock bumper back from the shop it had tiny little white splatter spots all over it which seem to be fibreglass resin and don't want to come off in a hurry.



What's the best way to get this kind of thing off short of repainting the bumper?
