How to remove scratches from radio display?

The radio/clock display in my 2002 Altima has all sorts of scratches on it. I never really paid attention to it until I found it hard to even see the display with the sun beating down on it with the glare and all the scratches on it. In the past, I simply wiped off the dust with my hand (doh!), and that's probably what caused all the scratches. Is there any product I can use to get rid of the scratches? Thanks.

Novus plastic polishes might do the trick.

Plexus, Meguiar's plastic polish might also work. In the past I have used the Meguiar's Deep Crystal Polish on plastic things from digital watch faces to headlights with great results. Klasse AIO might work too. I would try something you have in your arsenal before buying a dedicated product you might personally use once a year.
