How to clean stain on plastic?

I have these marks on that plastic trim on the bottom where you would hit it with your foot when you get in the car, and some marks near the bottom of my doors. What is a off the shelf product that I can use to clean this stuff?

You may be able to find Meg's #39 or even #40 might work. If you have a NAPA around, they should have them. Your local PBE stores should have them too.

Another good off-the-shelf cleaner is Tuff Stuff. That, coupled with a stiff-bristled brush, works wonders.
