How to clean application pad ?

I have a hard time cleaning DG 105 from my hand application pads. What do you guys use ? You don't throw the pads away, do you ?
 
Just used some tonight!



I just fill the kitchen sink up about 1/4 full with very warm water and dawn, slosh them around really well, then drain, refill with warm clean water to slosh around for rinsing. They seem to come out perfectly clean and I can't even smell the 105 after it dries.
