how to apply RMG?

I will be using a black excel pad on the PC. Not sure what speed to use and how much to work it. Work it until it is gone?

Also, how are you guys applying AIO? I did it with a blue excel pad on PC speed 5/6 until it was gone.
 
I would use a green pad with RMG or AIO. They are both cleaners, so you might as well use a pad with some polishing ability. I even use AIO with a yellow or orange pad sometimes. And yes, I work it in until it's nearly transparent like any polish.

All depends on what you're trying to do. I usually use it after #80 that leaves the finish ready for an LSP, but I like using RMG WITH a black pad to give it a little more depth and shine. If I didn't use the #80 for polishing then I would probably use the white pad. I've used it with either pad and it works excellent. I also use it at the top speed and work it in with about 2 good passes over the area.
