Im going to put my sons 96 grand cheeroke on the road for him for christmas,he just got his liciene.The grey cladding on these jeeps are huge,so how much poorboys trim restorer should i buy to do multiple coats.Im hoping this product wont get water marks on it like other products i have tried.thanks in advance for all your help. depending on their condition, I'd say 2-3 should do and remember to buff with a cotton towel and let it fully cure before it gets wet for the best durability

A single 16 ounce bottle can do a lot of coverage. I would apply it to a foam applicator and then spread it evenly and then buff it. I have not noticed any spotting nor running when it gets wet.

On a scale of 1 to 10 they are a 5.I will try and post before and after pics,thats a large area to cover.

Just like the thread describes in the post above, multiple applications may be needed. I use a different product on my gray/charcoal/black plastic trim (because I'm just cheap) but it takes the same process. You gotta let the product soak in and absorb into the trim and reapply until the shine has staying power. And then if you continue to maintain it with whatever product you're using, you will notice the shine and the color will remain longer in between each detail.

 

[Mr. Clean]

As with anything we do, prep is truly helpful. After normal washing, scrub using a diluted APC/degreaser product, rinse, follow with an IPA wipe before beginning your product application. A clean surface will help ensure success.

Also as noted allow as much dry time between applications as possible, buff, and allow to dry some more.

Edit to add: (Forgot the OP's ? - The 16 oz. bottle should be plenty of product to provide multiple applications to your vehicle.)
