How much product do you apply to your pads?

I've read various comments to use very little product on the pad when using a PC to a lot. I'm curious how much product the experienced PC users use.

I would say depends on what you are using, if I am using a Polish I 'll put a spot about the size of a Quarter.

Using a fine product like Zaino the spot will be the size of a Dime .

I find myself using less as the job progresses because the pad is wet and a little less product will therefore go further.

when i polish using 1z i make a relatively thin bead around the pad(about 4" in diameter), this allows me to do half a hood or a door.....and after you do it twice or so you can take it even a little further....but i try to keep it wet....1z goes off pretty easily that way too..
