How much Do I Use?

:nixweiss I bought Klasse SG & it says use 2oz per car! Now I know less is more, but I dont see how 2 ounces will be able to coat my whole car. The other product is P21S Plaintwork Cleanser. How much of that should I use?:nixweiss I appreciate the help in advance.
 
2 oz of Sg is plenty ! You should be able to get by with maybe a tad more of PB.....Once the applicator is saturated with Sg, you shouldnt have much problem, matter of fact, youll probably be finished !
 
It worls pretty much like Zaino... I can get a minimun of 2 coats out of an ounce... if the pad touched the finish it's on there.

You're not planning on using GEPC to prep before applying SG are you? AIO would be a better choice for prepping prior to SG.
 
I was becuz, when lookin throught the forum and on better car care.com that since the car is new AIO isnt necessary
 
The problem is the GEPC has oils in it, and you may have bonding problems with the SG. The best thing to do is to AIO first. But if you don't have it, or don't want it, then just wash the car and use SG on clean paint.
 
:eek: Thats upsetting now that i bout GEPC and not AIO. Thanks Anywayz. But now how do I got applying SG with an applicator? Do you saturate the applicator firt? Pour Sg on the paint? What method do you guys use?
 
First off read these instructions: JimWH Klasse application from Hall of Fame , then if you want, modify the method using BillNorth's wipe on wipe off method. That is follow JimWH's method of applying SG, but wipe off immediately instead of waiting for an hour. You can follow JimWH's method to the letter, but many people find the wipe on/wipe off much easier to remove without haze. I use both methods, depending on my mood and time, but then, I have a white car, so it's not an issue. Have fun!
