how many times to use a body shampoo

just got a 1996 F355 that is currently having its bumpers painted due to some stone chips. I was wondering what is the best car wash soap (I was thinking Pinnacle Bodywork Shampoo or Macquires Gold Class) to use, polish (Macquires or P21s) and I was going to use Zymol Ital Wax. Any suggestions, comments and/or tips appreciated.

Ed,

I live in Toronto so it is colder. Would I remove the wax and put on the polymer and do the reverse in the spring.
