2 coats is fine..it ensures you get complete coverage on the paint...

What Al said. I'd wait until after you wash the car next to add another coat. You might even want to add a third coat the time you wash your car after that. More carnuaba gives an increase appearance of depth due to slightly distorting the surface.
Going into winter, I do that for the next 3-4 times (wax after washing) I wash my car after polishing and waxing in late October/early November. Never fails to last all winter, even this year when we had actual snow and above normal rain.
