How long does QD+ last?

About how long would a single application of QD+ last? 2 weeks ago, Iwashed my Subie, clayed, then washed again. Took a break for lunch, came back out and it was raining :ticked . Well, it eventually stopped long enuogh that I S&W'ed the car real quick and put some QD+ on (started raining again lightly as I was taking it off). I have not been able to do anything since because it rained every day for almost a week, then I went out of town for the weekend. I hope to get some work done this weekend, but the forecast isn't looking to great. If nothing else, I will S&W and QD+ again. Is QD+ fairly durable?

So, hypothetically speaking (again  ), If a person were to prep their car for something like, oh I don't know, maybe a winter or something, and got the last coat of Natty's (about 3 coats total) over a base of PwC in late Oct., then proceeded to use QD+ every couple weeks through the winter at the car wash bays, would you say that this would be a more durable alternative than something like maybe adding the "hot wax" option in the bays? I know it'll look nicer.

Also, do you think this will "protect" the Natty's or at least the PwC until a thaw day comes (maybe in Feb/Mar.)?

I used QD+ as a booster wax last winter and plan to do it again this time. I winterize my cars in October/November and won't perform another major detail until around March/April. In between, I'll do some paint maintenance like washing/QEWing/QDing. If I get a mild weather spell, I may apply a quick coat of paste wax. Otherwise, using a carnauba based QD spray after washing seems to be enough to hold me over until Spring. My cars are garaged at night.
