How long does a Vintage refill normally take?

Well, my first pot of Vintage lasted just about a year. I have enough left for a couple more layers, but at the rate I've been going through it lately, that's not gonna be long.



So I guess I better call Diane and get my crystal sent back in for a refill. A few questions:



1. How much does it cost (shipping)?



2. Do they have you send some sort of pre-paid self addressed label along with it?



3. About how long does it take to come back to you?

If I recall...it takes about 2 weeks, shipping is on you and their (S&H) handling fee is around $150. This is what I recall from older posts...

Call diane to tell her your are sending it back. According to here put $300.00 insurance for the container. (They have your name in their system) .. Ship USPS Priority. USPS has some flat rate cost boxes. I think my cost was arond $19.00. It takes two to three weeks. Regards

Thanks, guys, the crystal gets shipped off tomorrow. Now if I can just find something decent to put my remaining wax in... what do you guys use?
