How long can you leave water in a 90 gallon tank????

Can you leave filtered water in a 90 gallon tank for long periods of time with out the water changing???? I like to fill up once or twice a week but when times are slow can you leave the filtered water in for lets say 2-3 weeks with out problems???

It depends. Where is the water tank? If it is in an enclosed van or in an enclosed trailer, you can leave it a lot longer than unenclosed. You said it is filtered, is it DI water, RO water, or did it simply go through a sediment filter? If it is ultra pure water, such as DI or RO, you can go a long time. If it is in an enclosed environment, you can also go a long time. If it is just filtered tap water, you are probably good for 2 weeks.
