It sucks, the damn thing has been breaking and breaking and breaking. I follow all the right procdures, call them up etc. Im not going to go into a long detail story, but bottom line. This machine will clean your carpets VERY WELL AND WTH EASE, but it breaks to much end of story. Okay well i fixed it already, and another wire shorted out. I do use the right extension cord length and guage,it just seems like this unit doesnt like me much. Anyways i guess one good factor is, that is is really easy to fix since im not that much mechanically inclined anyways. This is about the 3 time I had to take this thing apart, but it keeps on going.

For the money I would try another brand of an extactor, but overall the cleaning capabilities of this machine does rock big time, but realiability does not.

Didn't you guys end up talking direclty to the owner of the company last time, if I remember right? Seems like a brand I would be interested in buying in the future... as long as it's not too hard to repair.

Yes i did, and he said he is coming out with a new unit. I really do love the machine for cleaning, it does a GREAT JOB! I mean i never have to scrub or anything, just extract and brand new shape. ITs not to hard to repair, but mine had a few problems with shorts. I fixed them all within 15 mintues, but it is just aggrevating spending that much on a unit and that happens.
