well i will wait to get an answer tomorrow in the morning mostly everyone is sleeping......at 2AM.....Time for me to call it a day



......I look forward to your answers as i am trying to cut spending the most with my $1000 dollar budget if anyone remembers my first post.....my dad did give me my 1G which surprised me im only 17 and my dad is handing a big break and investing on my passion......

That is an "el cheepo" buffer and God knows what kind of pads. You need to go with a PROVEN combination of machine, backing plates, pads and chemicals when starting out.



Go with what has been proven to work. That internet special would be a waste - you'll only buy the good stuff later antway.



Go to Lowe's and buy a Porter Cable for around $89 and get backing plates and pads from Meguiar's or Excel Detail.
 
I second what STG is saying. If you don't have PC already then don't go to rotary, get a PC. If you do have PC save your money for something else, get ShowCarGarage.com's DVD on PC and master PC first. Browse brag posts here and on MO and you will realize people can do miracle works with just PC.
