How do you polish wire spokes?

this is a 2 part question.
1. A buddy asked me to detail his shovel head HD. It needs some light paint correction. Plus it has wire spoke rims like on a bicycle.
How much should I charge?

2. what is the best and fastest way to polish the wire spokes on the rims?

fastest way to clean DOW scrubbing bubbles,, best way to polish,, take your time and charge per spoke use S100 total finish restorer and 0000 steel wool very lightly.
 
Yep I think an AIO cleaner/wax or cleaner sealant would be the way to go. If they're really bad, I think I'd use a scotch brite pad before I'd use steel wool.
My choices would be Royal Blue Wax or Duragloss 105 or 501....but bring a stool creeper and a lunch as yer gonna have to clean/polish a spoke at a time.

I love the idea of charging per spoke since for best results you have to individually polish each spoke. How much do you typically charge per spoke?
