How do you polish the tighter,smaller areas?

With a 6" polisher, how do I go about polish the back of the trunk lid near the taillights, the back bumper (which has lettering indented into it), and the front bumper which curves everywhere and has bumps and what not? It feels like I'll burn through the paint concentrating the entire polisher into one small area.:nixweiss

Just get a foam applicator and do it by hand. There is some places that you just can't take a PC to. I take a foam applicator under spoilers, and around emblems and lettering, just to be on the safe side.
