How do you get pen ink off the dashboard?

One of the technicians at my oil change place was holding a pen while starting my car and left black pen marks around the ignition switch. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hair spray works great on fabric! You do have to use a regular soap to get the hair spray out afterwards though.

most APC work on ink, Mr Jinx is my go to cleaner if my APC doesnt do the trick
