I have some horriblen windows. Probaly the hardest water spots I've ever seen and just weird crap on it, any sugguestions on getting stuff off? Can you use a pc?

How do you clean Glass?

Yep you can use a PC and a mild polish or something like Klasse AIO / JW's Prime / Zaino PC or Zaino AIO. Did you try vinegar?

You are both going to like z12. My mothers car sits outside 24/7 and in the morning her sprinklers soak the car. When I got the z12 I didn't think I was going to have much success since I tried everything else. Then I tried it and with a bit of elbow grease the spots came right off. Good luck

I would go to your nears car quest and get some DG nu glass. I use it with my orange 5.5 and the pc and it took off the water spots like nothing and my glass looks great. Also this were bad water spots.
Just use any glass polish you can get, it will work just fine. Once I washed my car, and noticed those really bad water spots, cleaned with glass cleaner - no luck. So I just went to my local supermarket and took TurtleWax glass polish (that's the only one they had). I polished my windows with it by hand, (just a few passes), and it worked just perfect, I know it's crappy TurtleWax product but it works great I can't say anything bad about it...
As mentioned in this thread, there are numerous ways of getting glass perfect:
Regular glass cleaner
Stronger glass "polishes"
Chemical cleansers (kaio, zaio, prime)
Using any of the above via PC (Highly recommended)
Clay bar
Afterwards, you may consider throwing a few layers of wax on there. I find waxes do a good job of repulsing the water on glass so you'll get less stains.
