How do I remove Lexol residue from leather seats?

I'm having some difficulty applying Leatherique Rejuvinator Oil due to my previous application of Lexol. It seems that the Lexol has left a very thin film over the leather that's preventing the absorption of the RO. Is there something I can use to get rid of this residue? Thanks.

I'd just clean them with a strong leather/interior cleaner. Even a mild woolite/water mix might do the trick.

I used the Woolite-water mix. Hopefully it'll be enough to take the Lexol out.
