How do I determine if the scratches on my car need

what kind of polish to remove the scratch? Is there a way to look at it? Also, if using Lake country pads, what is the combination if I am doing a spider web scratches?

Go ahead and try your least abrasive product first. If that doesn't remove it, then step up to the next product.

What kind of scratch is this? Just cobweb swirls all over or do you have a specific scratch you're working on?

It is cobweb swirls all over, not a lot a lot but i can tell under sunlights

Start with Meguiars Swirl Free Polish or Poorboys SSR 1 ...
Work a small area and if the swirls remain step up to Meguiars DACP or Poorboys SSR 2 or SSR 2.5.
Always try the least abrasive approach first

It sounds like you're going to need DACP (or SSR2.5)... all I can do is guess without seeing it though
