how did you discover/find Autopia?

Well...I was a Meg's Mirror-Glaze user from way back, but I had kind of lost the car-cleaning desire. My friend got a new car, and I was trying to help, and found the Meg's website and forum, and Autopia was mentioned...and here I am.

I bought a new car in '07 and discovered Meguiar's forums.

See above for The Rest of the Story.

I was aware of this forum but only took interest after Protech posted a link

to Autobody101.com. I should have joined this forum years ago and things

would have been so much easier going. Hundreds of hours behind the rotory

and i thought i was good. Then i came here...

I honestly can not remember.

I think I somehow started talking to George the owner of Detailed Image and he directed me to this site I believe.

So thanks George. :woot2:

I was sent here by a guy on Supra411 who goes by "Presidential Detailing" over there. I think he wanted me to have more people to interrogate because his inbox couldn't handle my cheshire cat curiosity.

Same here...no idea how I found it. I too lurked for a long, long time before my first post (which was, not surprisingly, about the proper use of BHBs).

Not sure why my join-date is what's shown, I'd swear I was posting well before that (before we moved into the current house in late 2000).

googled mobile detailing forums! so glad i found it. not only am i learning ALOT of new stuff, i got a good customer in the process off this site!
