The tag should tell you what blend they are. If there is no tag the vendor should be able to tell you.
IMO the blend means nothing. I have MF that is 70/30, 80/20, and 75/25 and I can't tell what the blend is just by looking at or feeling the towel. They all feel soft and don't marr the paint. I think it's all hype to sell the towels.
Same thing with thread count,I have some that claim to be 200,000 per inch or whatever measurement they use and I have some that are 90,000. They are all nice towels and work great.
