How bad are my swirls?

truzoom

I still use terry cloth
I try my best to keep my truck looking as good as it can with what I've got, but I know that I can't always get the swirls out. I polish my paint with Deep Crystal Sytem polish and #7 about 3 or 4 times a year, and claybar twice.

These pics are after a wash, NXT, then topped with Gold Class the next day.

Well, if this is a joke :D ...Truck looks great!

But if not, truck still looks great. Those marring marks/swirls are very very minor. I know NXT hid some of them and if you strip down the wax you will see more swirls. Honestly, I'd say you're fine because this is probably your daily driver which will see marring marks no matter what. If you want to polish deeper and stick with Meguiar's, give #80 Speed Glaze a shot.

Any full shots?

The paint looks pretty darn good in the pictures.
Since you are probably doing all your work by hand, it would seem that you are using the right technique. You might want to just keep doing what you are doing now.

Keep up the good work. Really like the Garage reflection...smooth and clean. I'd just recommend a sealant. The work looks fine to me.

It looks great, but my only advice would be to dump the Gold Class. From what I have read it has quite some cleaning ability, so it would knock out your NXT.

It looks very good. Next time you oughta think about Gold class then NXT but it looks like your doing great what your doing. Keep it up. :bigups
