Hey I was wondering what you guys do on hot days with your products. sometimes after I finish a car when I pack everything back into the car it is very hot and has led me to think that cant be good for some of my wax's and polishes. I have been thinking about getting a cooler or somthing. what do you guys do?

Here ya go; gotta invest in a mini fridge if you have a substantial amount of products, otherwise, I'd keep them in the house. Also, you can carry small amount of product in small bottles. That could cut down on all of it being exposed to the heat:

I too was pondering moving all of my chemicals inside for the temperature. It gets to 100 deg F outside and my garage isn't very well sealed down here...

Everything stays in my van until fall when the temperature goes below freezing. Temps here are around 90 most days through July and August. No problems.

I keep everything in my trunk, doesn't seem to be a problem and it has been 100 or higher 11 days straight now.

I can attest to how hot it gets here, so I would trust what Scott says.

Well all of my poorboy's compounds/glazes have gone all liquidy...I don't really use them anymore so it's not too much of a hassel.

Also my Colli 845 is super liquidy now, but it still works just great. The ones in my basement are super thick.

I move everything from the garage to the basement when winter rolls around.

As for the products losing their effectiveness, haven't had an issue yet, the PB's products still work, it's just odd that they are almost at waters viscosity.

I mostly just keep my LSPs and polishes in the mini fridge in the summertime because I don't want them watery. APCs, QDs,tire dressings, etc stay on the shelves year round and are okay.

I've never had a problem keeping my products in my trunk during the summer, it's been pretty hot and muggy here in the Mid Atl too. Though now it doesn't spend much more then a few days in the car. Although I did something very very stupid and forgot that my stuff over the winter! Yeah my mind slipped as I had enough things on my plate. Fortunately alot of my stuff survived, lost some wax and interior dressings but compounds, polishes, and wheel/tire care stuff survived. Not that I have an impressive collection but enough to make me realise that I have to pay attention!
