I have the oppurtinity to host a car wash at a local business (farmers market with a huge parking lot). I need some suggestions on how to approach it as a business and not the typical fundraising car wash any thoughts and coments would are well appreciated.

So I'm confused. You're hosting a car wash business, what sort of washing are they doing? And who are "they" going to be? Are we talking about professional detailers here, or what?

Yes I got two guys that know what they're doing, but the area is not the market for pro detailing. More like the usual wash and probably wax job

OK, two guys with experience offering basic wash and wax packages... have you considered a price point or how you plan to market this?

What I'm envisioning is something along the lines of a mobile detailing operation set up in the parking lot. I would hesitate to put them out there as being connected with the Farmer's Market in any way directly, as it wouldn't exactly inspire much confidence in the consumer -- a car wash doesn't particularly fit in with that business model.

Also, are we talking about a long term deal, or is this a short term event?

Yes a mobile setup in the parking lot. Pricing I'm looking at 15-20 regular wash express wax 45-65 I know not autopian standards.I'm looking for quantity here due to the market environment "shop while we wash" type of deal. Marketing is my issue and we want to look as professional as we can will be having wash mat, tents, uniform, and foam guns. If all goes great were looking to a fixed location every weekend.
