What are some home remedies that y'all use that one might think "wow never would have guessed!!?!!"

For me, it is to wash your car while its raining!! exaple: back car out of garage, let rain wet the car. 2) put car back in garage and soap/scrub down car. 3) place car back into rain and allow for a rinse [redo sep do if neccessary] 4) allow car to air dry on its own in garage or desired location. 5) next day/when the car is dry, one will notice or not notice water marks. it'll be spot free !!

Keep in mind neighbors mite give you the "are you crazy to wash your car when it rains!!?!!" lok but it will be spotless when it dries.

word of caution: if you live in an area where the rain does "stain" the windshield like Hawaii, then i'm not sure if this method will work for you, but it does work well in so cal rain !

uh-oh. i think most people here will chime in to say how rainwater is one thing people try to AVOID getting on their car. If you're lazy, like I am sometimes on my beater car, be sure to follow up your "rain" wash with at least a detail spray to minimize water spot deposits (after it stops raining).

since you actually are fortunate to have a garage, you might want to look into ONR or a similar wash method that's perfect for us lazy people.

Washing your car in the rain is a technique or method.

Brandy and honey is a home remedy.
