To all the Pro's, lets not forget to send out the holiday cards this year to all the customers. It keeps you fresh in the customers mind and does show you care that they pick you to do business with.

I send out holiday cards with a coupon for 25% off the next full detail service. Some customers that come to me once a week i send them a coupon for a free complete detail.

You may think i am nuts for giving away a free detail, but when someone comes to you just about every other week or so and he pays 125 each time, it is worth it to give him a free detail. I tried to talk him out of coming to me every other week, but this is what he wants, i offered to charge him less, but his ego is to big and he wants me to charge him full price. I think he writes it off anyway.

he has a 2001 acura 3.2s, black of course, but when i polish it, it turns blackish blue metallic. 125.00 is the full complete detail.

NY is expensive and the crappy mayor wants to raise taxes, if he does look out NJ here comes NEW YORKS PERFECT DETAILING.
