The apartment I was staying at had their car washing bay removed so there I was with a dirty car, basic supplies but no water access. So I opted to check out a nearby DIY bay.
Now I wasn't stupid enough to go for a whirling brush rip off. This place was the type where a U shaped form goes from front to rear dispensing soapy water, rinse and air to dry it. Figured it couldn't do much damage until I saw the price- $7.00 :angry
Ouch !!!!!
So I drove down to the next city and found a wand spot that only charged $1.50 for six minutes. Not enough time but that's another story.
But that prompted me to wonder - what's the most expensive DIY car wash spot you ever found?
The $7 bay is in Coronado,CA
