:bounce It feels great to come out of Hibernation, the Winter has been pretty long:angry

I moved to my new house in January and only now did I get the computer hooked up to the net, Dial up is as slow as a snail, but it is better than nothing , where I am now we do not get High Speed:nixweiss

Fellows I looking for a 3M product that is On Par with DACP any suggestions:wavey

I *LOVE* Perfect-It III Machine Glaze. "Glaze" is a misnomer in this case--there are no fillers. Only problem is the sticker shock. It is only available in 32 oz. size. PM me if you want me to send you a little sample before you make the plunge.

This is the stuff you are talking about right:xyxthumbs

If it is, I can get it locally, but thanks a lot for the sample offer:bow

It does sound like good stuff , I'll use it prior to Zaino:wavey

The one I have is in the professional line (hence the size-grande). The part number is 05937 and *ha-ha* this is the only picture I could find of it.

...thanks Mmmph...

Oooh, yeah...PIIIMG...I likey!!

It makes for one truly shiny automobile. I'll be kicking out the winter blues by reapplying it to the RX 300 on Thursday.

Then, it's time for the Lexus to meet Wolgang. :up

In like the PI-III MG, but I dunno if it's as aggressive as DACP. I end up using the stronger PI-III RC (05933 in quarts) quite a bit,as the MG doesn't have too much bite. Even the RC is pretty mild.

And some people need to follow the MG with a milder product to remove micro-marring.

Again, I like the stuff, just don't want people to have unrealistic expectations.

I agree with accumulator. Machine glaze is milder than DACP. Perfect it III Rubbing Compound is closer, maybe a bit more abrasive than DACP. I use both 3M products and really like them. They work great by hand to.

Explorer, if I remember correctly you live/lived in Hamilton. The cheapest place I found to purchase 3M perfect it III stuff is Dura Chemical on Grays Road, 905-561-9100.

$27.00 for Perfect it III Rubbing Compound 32 oz.

$34.00 for Perfect it III Machine Glaze. 32 oz.
