Hello Autopia,

My name is Willie. I got into detailing car's when i got my first job at a car wash in high school. It still to this day was the best job i ever had. i worked up there with a buddy i grew up with and went to school with so it was like hanging out after school having fun detailing a making money. i eventually left the car wash when i graduated and started working at Cablevision. I stayed detailing cars on the side here and there for friends and always detailed my own cars and family's cars. I recently got back into detailing for extra money cause the hours changed at my job. I go in at 6:30 and get out at 3pm. Since the sun doesn't set over here till after 8 its perfect so grab a few side job's. I've always used griot's products and still use their 6" R/O, but recently I've been going with chemical guys and Sonax. Was a little disappointed in chemical guys i thought their pine scent would be better but it doesn't last at all and they gave me a hard time returning so i had to keep it. I will say all the other product's ive bought did exactly what they say they do. The Non sense and tire and trim gel is great. I'm most pleased with the Sonax products though, That polymer net shield is awesome and Rim cleaner plus is the best i've used so far. I've been visiting this site for a few months and got some great tip's from the threads ive read. So i decided to make a user name and possibly post some pics my work and maybe get some constructive criticism. Looking forward to hearing from some of you.

Welcome to Autopia!

Did you change the bumpers on your Jeep SRT8? J/K I know no one would do that...

Seriously though are those OEM or replica wheels? If they're replica's how do you like them (thinking of picking up a set of Chrome 22s replicas for my SRT8)?

They are replicas. Id have to did through paper work to find out the company i bought them from. At the time i got them the dealership wanted. 2,800 for the front and 3,200 for the rears which are a little wider. I wanted to get 2 sets of the fronts so i could rotate them and being though i take them off in the winter and put my stock rims back on my tires( yokohama prada spec-x) lasted about 7 years. I was due this summer to get tires but i decided to squeeze another season out of these. They'll be bologne skins by october when i put my stocks back on if your looking to get replicas i would. Its basically the exact rim with the SRT lettering which i actually preferred because i got the overland edition and not the SRT but those rims made the truck for me.
