Jul 3, 2007 #1 1 123456789 New member I just need a little advice, Can Optimum Poli-Seal be use by hand (w/ a foam applicator). I dont have a machine, im just a noob lol I just want a easy AIO. My car is in good shape, so it doesnt need any major paint correction. Im looking forward for all the great advice
