Hi all,

New member here, names` Ray. Im from the NYC area, and working towards starting up a small mobile detailing business.

I try a lot of new products when my wallet allows it, but generally stick with meguiars, wolfgang, blackfire, and now some polish angel stuff.

I mainly work on my own car and some friends car at this time but would like to expand to a part time business to fund my hobby...!

I lurk these forums a lot and finally joined to discuss products and techniques!

P.s. i want autopia connect... And a rupes nano long neck... Lol
 
Welcome! I`m only a hobbyist weekender type. But there is a alot of pros on here that produce some unbelievable work.

This is really a great Forum - everyone is very nice -

Your Other Brother Ray - (Vega) :) helps run this place and is also an incredible Detailer when he is not looking after all the people here..

Welcome. You`ll learn TONS if you devote some time to this site. I`ve been a member since 2005 and virtually everything i learned about detailing I learned here on the forums.
 
Sorry for dbl post but if ur mobile and never worked for a detail company. Waterwerks in LI was looking for a part timer who can polish was a nd CoRRecT!!!! If ur interested pls face book waterwerks or insta ull get some info.

Maybe a good idea to see how detail shops roll before u really get into it!!!!

I wanted to try but i am a full time worker 7 days 24 hrs 365 working man. City never sleeps

Waterwerks? I am not sure if I found the right FB page, waterwerks NW? but their location doesn`t show LI. Would you mind linking their page so I can see what they`re about? I also work full time so I am more or less a weekend warrior, but things might change if things pick up or something more interesting happens.
 
welcome ray, i`ve been here for a bit but have detailed for bout 15 years and i still keep getting taught things, i don`t think ill ever stop learning here
