I am using my 7 yr. old PC 7424 and i ordered some Lake Country 4" Cyan pads w/ a 3.5" backing plate to go along with them. Everything was working fine the other day, then boom, i go out today and i can't use em. The machine is running super slow and if i loosen the bp it makes this terrible noise, as if were going to fall apart. The catch is this, with the regular setup the buffer works fine. Is it the counterweight? Any help with this would be appreciated.
