Hello again everyone! :wavey Long time. Since law school has started I haven't had much time to wash my car. I'm glad to see this place is still busy.

With that said, I have a feeling I will be doing at last one detail in the near future because I am leasing a new Infiniti Coupe (I don't want the dealer to detail it!!).

If I recall correctly, I found the UPGP's performance vs. ease of application to be unmatched. But I was wondering if there was anything else in the market I should try?

FYI: My car will most likely be white, though possibly a metallic or bluish gray.

i've been wondering how your 3 series coupe has been holding up. glad to see you back :)

Its doing alright. I've driven it somewhat hard (my previous three series got track like driving on a regular basis) and its developed a squeak or two. Lost a chunk of rigidity as well. Luckily the color doesn't age much.

Good hearing from you, Al.

DAnforz- Howdy stranger, glad to hear you're attending to your education :xyxthumbs

I haven't tried the UPGP, dunno if it's what you're after or not.

The kinda-newly-popular FK1000P seems to clean up really well and last a long time. Their FK425 QD is really something too, adds a LOT of slickness and a good bit of gloss.

For an AIO, the Zaino AIO is probably new since you were here last. I'm generally not a big Zaino guy, but I *do* like that stuff quite a bit.

I'd probably go with white in the interest of keeping life simple. You should be able to keep it looking OK with minimal effort and a bit of marring won't bug you the way it might on a "cooler" (scare-quotes intentional) color.
