I'm not convinced that foam really does much of anything. the soap itself encapsulates, cleans and provides lubricity.

The way I see it the foam gun does four things.
#1 It relieves you of your money

#2 It allows someone to make a huge profit on another gadget that you did not need.

#3 It will waste a lot of expensive soap

#4 It will waste your time while you are hooking it up and foaming the car you could have had half of it washed.
