Here comes Frances.....

Yep, and it looks like Florida has a big "Bulls-eye" painted on it again. :(

Not again! 3 day track is for our east coast. Having spent 13 years over there (Cocoa Beach), I've seen plenty of storms.

Though my chances of getting hit by "the big one" were nil over here in Fort Myers (20 min. south of Charlotte County), until Charley came through 2 weeks ago. Nobody's safe here. Being prepared was the best thing that happened.

Any detailer's on FL east coast, should things get nasty over there, good luck. And if you evacuate and decide to go west, lemme know, I'll make room.

Well, talked to my buddy in Ft Lauderdale. He's no fool and will be packing up tonight to head over here to Ft Myers. (Although I hope this things goes north) Friends in Cocoa Beach are heading over tomorrow as well.

Any DC'ers on FL east coast?

Ft Lauderdale crew will be here this time tomorrow. Would not want to be there after what Charley did here.

1st pic is of the condo 6 blocks from Ft. Lauderdale beach.

2nd is a view of the Atlantic taken out the front door of Pusser's on the beach, where the crew will be boarding up tomorrow.

Any DC'rs from the SE Atlantic coast?

Frances looks SO BIG (Thursday am), that it is bigger than the entire state of Florida!
Will anyone be unaffected?

Best of Luck to all!!!

Why does Florida always in the path of a hurricane? Any meteorologist here for explanation?

OK Dwayne, pull the stock again to higher ground.... Like you needed this again:rolleyes:

Darn, no pre-Frances sales??

Stay dry, stay safe!

Best wishes,
Deanski
