I read your other post about #9. #9 is very mild and IMO not much more than a cleaner. Try the DACP. That is a challenge you have.

So use DACP with a yellow pad or should I invest in a wool pad?

Try the foam pad and work DACP until nearly clear and then evaluate the results.
