Help with stone dent

I don't have a pic, but I have a stone dent and I'm not sure how to go about fixing it. I've had some success with sanding and filling scratches but I'm unsure how to fill something a bit deeper.

Picture the dent as about the size as if someone took a shot at it with a pellet gun. It's a few millimetres deep and I don't think layers of paint would fill it properly.

How do I go about this? I'm willing to wet sand and seal with clear but how do I fill it? Is it ok to use a bondo-type of filler?

I'm stumped here, your help is appreciated. Thanks.

Have you tried talking to a paintless dent removal place? I have a similar dent on my wife's car and that is what I am planning on doing.

I would go with a paintless dent repair before trying to fix it yourself. Alot less hassle

for a little bit of money. good luck.
