Help with rock chips on new car

Hey everyone I have an 04 RSX-S that only about 2 months old and it has some rock chips already. I am going to get some touch up paint to fix this but I need some advice on how to apply it. I just dont want to put it on with the brush that comes with it. I though about using a tooth pic and some patience. Here is a pic
