I was cleaning my car, and some parts of my wheel's edges had this rubber "gunk" on it. and when i wiped it off, i found this underneath.
I tried really hard to tweak the photo to make it visible, im not sure if its obvious or not, but its a yellow stain on my silver wheel.

how do i fix this? i tried scratch x and cleaner wax and it doesnt work.
