help water spots

I clean the car with dawn.

used PB 3 and the spots on the hood were gone. :bounce

1 & 2 were not strong eoungh

followed up with PP and Pinnacle.

The car was beautiful could not ask for more:

Drove the 489 miles from Northern cali to Southern with a littel rain. The car was parked in a garage for 2 days. wash the car with PB wash and notice the water spots on the top middle of the hood are still there. what should i do?? hit it again were needed or try #83

wash the car down with a solution of 1/4 vinegar and 3/4 water and then polish.



why do you use dishwashing soap?

have you tried to clay it yet. I did it on the water spots I had and it idid the job. Made my glass feel like it was new

I was removing the 3 coats of Pinnacle I had on the hood. The stains went away, and reappeared two weeks later. this time they came back in only two. I clay my cars every six months.

Are the 'water spots' on the paint surface or just underneath (an etched concave circle)?
