Help (steam Cleaner)

OKAY so i bought this cheap (less than $150) steam cleaner like 2 years ago, and the thing is just leaking steam out from every direction, the trigger and handle get extremely hot (unable to hold), if some one knows how to fix this that would great ?
Do you guys have any suggestions for good durable steam cleaners ? my price range is around $500
