I would like to pick up some propel pads for my rotary. Normally I would just get a cutting pad and a few polishing pads for my PC, however I've noticed (from posts) that many use polishing pads and finishing pads when going to the rotary instead of a cutting pad. The budget is a little tight so I can't afford to get two of each, so which can I skip and what are a must?
Also, I know it's not recommended but do any of you use a 6" backplate for the 7" pads?
